Having an issue with one of the lights GEI installed at your facility?

Please send our Project Department an email at project@geinnovationsinc.com with the following information:

  • Your business address and contact phone number
  • A description of the issue
  • The type and quantity of fixtures that need to be serviced
  • Photos of the problematic fixture

What to expect of your service request?

Our Project Team will review your issue and project file to determine your warranty eligibility. In most cases, you will be given the following options:

  • Will-call pickup at our warehouse (no cost)
  • FedEx shipment (customer pays shipping fee)
  • Delivery for a flat fee ($80)
  • Diagnostic/Installation (labor fee of $80/hour)

We will reach out to you soon! In the meantime, please do not dispose of any problematic fixtures. You will be asked to drop them off or allow us to pick them up.
